I offer online therapy for women navigating anxiety, burnout and life transitions. This may be as a result of carrying high responsibility; life stage and identity shifts; the psychological impact of motherhood, fertility treatment or baby loss; navigating neurodivergence in themselves or their children; and the effects of trauma, past or present. Many women are high-achieving professionals or entrepreneurs who appear to be coping externally while feeling depleted, anxious or overwhelmed internally.
I offer weekly online therapy for women who are holding it all together on the inside and feeling overwhelmed on the outside.

The first step is an initial consultation.
You can book a free 20-minute online consultation to discuss what you’re looking for and whether my approach is a good fit. I offer weekly therapy within a 6 month frame, rather than open-ended or ad-hoc sessions.
If we agree to work together, we’ll confirm the next available entry point and outline the structure of therapy. Where this approach isn’t the best fit, I’ll help you consider appropriate alternatives.

I’m not your typical psychologist. I’ve always lived a less linear life, I’m a Wildcard and I understand what it’s like to think differently, pivot often and navigate spaces not built for me.
I combine this lived experience with training as an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, trauma-informed practice, and evidence-based approaches. That means I can hold the complexity of your life, your pressure, and your chaos, while helping you untangle patterns, process change, and rebuild from the inside out.
In short: I get it — because I’ve been there — and I know how to help you harness who you are to live fully without burning out.
Therapy with me is not short-term or symptom-focused. It is a structured, reflective process that allows space to explore identity, meaning, relationships and the impact of past experience, while staying grounded in the realities of your life.
I offer therapy within a clear structure and a commitment to weekly sessions. This creates the depth and continuity needed for meaningful psychological change — rather than quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies.

This therapy is for women who’ve always felt a bit different inside - what I call the Wildcards - and who are navigating change, uncertainty, or transitions that leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or close to burnout.
You might be high-achieving, responsible, and capable on the outside, but carrying a lot underneath. Maybe life has shifted — a career pivot, motherhood, loss, a neurodivergent diagnosis, or simply the realisation that the old ways no longer fit who you are.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, make sense of change, and find a way to burn bright without burning out, this therapy is designed for you.
This work may not be right for you if you are looking for quick fixes, ad-hoc support, or crisis intervention outside of weekly sessions, if you prefer to meet in-person, or if you are not ready to commit to structured, reflective work.

Therapy is offered in weekly online sessions in 6 month commitments, with space for holidays and the option to go longer where appropriate.
This structure allows therapy to be consistent and contained, while fitting into busy lives and giving space for reflection and integration between sessions.
Fees are £120 per session, paid upfront in blocks of 4.

Working with me is the place where you can let the mess out. You don’t need to perform or hold everything together here.
Sessions are weekly, steady, and structured, giving you a calm point in the chaos to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface of your life.
We work collaboratively, with warmth, curiosity, and the right amount of challenge. Together, we explore patterns, identity, meaning, past experiences, and how these shape your present — all with the goal of helping you burn bright without burning out.

In the UK, the titles therapist and counsellor are not legally protected and can refer to a wide range of training backgrounds. In contrast, registered Psychologists and accredited Psychotherapists complete extensive postgraduate training and work within strict ethical and professional standards.
A Psychologist (HCPC-registered) is trained at doctoral level, in psychological theory, research, assessment, formulation and evidence-based practice. This includes understanding mental health difficulties in the context of neurobiology, development, trauma, relationships and life experience.
A Psychotherapist (UKCP-accredited) is trained in depth-oriented, relational therapeutic work, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship, emotional process and long-term change.
As a dual-qualified Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I offer therapy that is both clinically rigorous and depth-oriented. This integrated training supports careful assessment, emotional depth and ethical practice — particularly suited to clients navigating complexity rather than seeking quick fixes.
