This service is for women experiencing anxiety, overwhelm or burnout alongside significant life transitions. This may include the psychological impact of motherhood, fertility treatment or baby loss; identity shifts related to career, caregiving or perimenopause; navigating neurodivergence in themselves or their children; and the effects of trauma, past or present. Many clients are high-achieving professionals or entrepreneurs who appear to be coping externally while feeling depleted, anxious or overwhelmed internally.
I offer weekly, depth-oriented online therapy for women who are holding it all together on the inside and feeling overwhelmed on the outside. Therapy follows the rhythm of the school year, with defined entry points in Autumn, Winter and Spring.

The first step is an initial consultation.
You can book a free 20-minute online consultation to discuss what you’re looking for and whether my approach is a good fit. I offer weekly, depth-oriented therapy with defined start points across the academic year, rather than open-ended or ad-hoc sessions.
If we agree to work together, we’ll confirm the next available entry point and outline the structure of therapy. Where this approach isn’t the best fit, I’ll help you consider appropriate alternatives.

I offer a depth-oriented, relational approach designed for women navigating complex inner and outer lives. My work is shaped by both extensive clinical training and lived experience, alongside nearly two decades working across professional, entrepreneurial and creative settings.
Therapy with me is not short-term or symptom-focused. It is a structured, reflective process that allows space to explore identity, meaning, relationships and the impact of past experience, while staying grounded in the realities of work, motherhood and responsibility.
I work intentionally within the rhythm of the school year, offering consistency, containment and depth rather than ad-hoc support. Many of the women I work with are highly capable on the outside, but feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck beneath the surface. My role is to help make sense of this — thoughtfully, compassionately and at a pace that allows real change.
Therapy is offered within a clear structure, with defined entry points and a commitment to weekly sessions. This creates the depth and continuity needed for meaningful psychological work — rather than quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies.

This therapy is designed for high-achieving women navigating complex responsibilities, identity transitions and the impact of trauma or neurodivergence. Many clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, mothers or carers, appearing capable on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected internally.
Therapy is depth-oriented, relational, and reflective - it is not short-term or focused on quick fixes. It works best for women who value insight, sustained growth and a structured, consistent space to explore their thoughts, feelings and life transitions.
If you feel drawn to this way of working and are ready to commit to a term or more, this could be the right fit for you.
This work may not be right for you if you are looking for quick fixes, ad-hoc support, or crisis intervention outside of weekly sessions, if you prefer to meet in-person, or if you are not ready to commit to a term or more of structured, reflective work.

Therapy is offered in weekly online sessions, structured around the rhythm of the school year. There are defined entry points in Autumn, Winter and Spring, with breaks aligned to school holidays.
Fees are £125 per session, paid upfront in blocks of 4. Work is contracted term-by-term, with a minimum commitment of one term (12 weeks). Many women choose to engage across the full school year (39 weeks) to support depth, integration and sustainable psychological change.
This structure allows therapy to be consistent and contained, while fitting into busy lives and giving space for reflection and integration between sessions.

Therapy with me is the place where you can let the mess out. You don’t need to perform or hold everything together here. The work is paced, contained and designed to support lasting change, not quick fixes.
Working with me is thoughtful, steady and relational. Sessions are weekly and offer a consistent space to slow down, reflect and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface of your life.
I work collaboratively, with warmth and curiosity, while also offering challenge and structure where helpful. We may explore patterns in relationships, the impact of past experiences, questions of identity and meaning, and how these show up in your present life — particularly around work, motherhood, neurodivergence and life transitions.

In the UK, the titles therapist and counsellor are not legally protected and can refer to a wide range of training backgrounds. In contrast, registered Psychologists and accredited Psychotherapists complete extensive postgraduate training and work within strict ethical and professional standards.
A Psychologist (HCPC-registered) is trained in psychological theory, research, assessment, formulation and evidence-based practice. This includes understanding mental health difficulties in the context of neurobiology, development, trauma, relationships and life experience.
A Psychotherapist (UKCP-accredited) is trained in depth-oriented, relational therapeutic work, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship, emotional process and long-term change.
As a dual-qualified Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I offer therapy that is both clinically rigorous and depth-oriented. This integrated training supports careful assessment, emotional depth and ethical practice — particularly suited to clients navigating complexity rather than seeking quick fixes.
